Strategy & Project Deployment Senior Advisor - PA&A and Sales Support International

The International Parts, Accessories and Apparel (PA&A) and Sales Support Team (SST) is looking for a strategy and project deployment senior advisor. 

We are just starting to build and create our new team with a clear mandate to shape the future of the international PA&A business as well as defining the international Sales Support operating model. In this context, we operate in a dynamic environment which leaves a lot of space for you to bring in your own expertise and thoughts to create the future destiny but also requires having a high level of autonomy for being successful. This role will report directly to the Director PA&A and Sales Support International.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: 

Lead and follow up on strategic plan and projects: 
• Define and align on our strategic plan and projects, and monitor the progress and execution on a regular basis, with the support of the functional/regional leaders
• Lead some of the strategic projects yourself

Setting up and tracking the priorities:
• Define and lead the follow up and review of the priorities of each function for the current fiscal year.

Establish a common dashboard and performance management
• Define the common dashboard and performance management as well as establishing a its regular review to ensure we measure success and performance in a common way.

Lead the harmonization of our processes and drive continues improvement
• Establish and lead harmonized process across different regions where it makes sense to apply them in collaboration with the functional leads
• Identify opportunities on reducing inefficiencies resulting in increasing our effectiveness while delivering on our value proposition

Lead the governance of the International PA&A and Sales Support Team
• Responsible for leading the international governance by defining the agenda and ensure a qualitative discussion and effective decisions makings

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience business development, project/program management, and/or strategic planning

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or a related field preferred, Master degree is a plus

• Experience in industries related to durable goods (Auto, Powersport, Bicycles, Watches, Powered Tools, etc.) or in the retail industries managing franchises is preferable but not required.

• Mastering of Microsoft Office PowerPoint: proven ability to build / package presentations for all hierarchy levels for various purposes (project launch, business cases presentation, senior management influencing, etc.)

• Mastering of Microsoft Office Excel: Proven ability to structure analysis and business cases, fully autonomous in operational and financial data modeling to support initiatives roll-out

• Ability to structure and manage a project with strong ability to influence various stakeholders

• Demonstrating clear business acumen maturity to bring challenges and insights when deploying projects with proven ability to understand key functions related to PA&A and Sales Support

• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.

• Tolerance for ambiguity and a strong level of adaptability.

• Fluent in English, additional European languages a plus.
