**About the Role**
The Delivery LatAm Strategy & Planning (S&P) team supports our regional business by providing strategic insights and analytical excellence. We help shape the future, solve complex challenges, and deliver data-driven intelligence to uncover opportunities, assess risks, and ensure Delivery LatAm remains a market leader.
We’re looking for a Strategy & Planning Sr. Associate to help us better understand the market, anticipate trends, and turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
**What You'll Do**
- Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the business, building strong relationships with leadership.
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence models that track market performance and competitor activity.
- Develop dashboards and analytical tools to monitor key business KPIs and provide visibility into market dynamics.
- Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses to identify competitor behavior, market shifts, and growth opportunities.
- Use Python and SQL to build models and work efficiently with large datasets.
- Translate technical findings into clear business strategies for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
**What You'll Need**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Strategy, Business Intelligence, Consulting, Analytics, Strategy & Planning, or any related fields with at least 2 years working directly with complex datasets.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for developing models and extracting insights from large datasets.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to anticipate and analyze market trends.
- Has a solid understanding of statistics, modeling, and regressions (a curious, analytical mindset is a big plus!).
- Excellent attention to detail, balanced with the ability to execute quickly and efficiently.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
**Bonus Points**
- Experience in competitive intelligence, market analysis, or landscape evaluation.
- Data-first decision-making approach.
