Strategy & Operations Manager
## **About the Role** We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Delivery LATAM team and help shape the future of the consumer experience in the region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background, who’s excited to work cross-functionally to unlock growth and improve operations. You’ll work with global and regional stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and operations, supporting markets in LATAM, while translating complex data into high-impact strategies. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on our product roadmap and growth efforts across LATAM! ## **What You’ll Do** - Act as a Product Champion across key launches and improvements, serving as a link between regional markets and global product teams - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to scope, test, and launch new features - Analyze performance trends and uncover growth opportunities through SQL and structured problem solving - Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership - Drive operational excellence and consumer satisfaction by improving internal processes and execution - Support escalations, product feedback loops, and training needs across supported countries ## **What You’ll Need** - Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, etc.) - 3+ years of experience in Strategy, Ops, Consulting, or related roles - Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional teams - Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across regions and functions - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior audiences - Fluent in English ## **Preferred Qualifications** - SQL proficiency required - Experience supporting product or feature adoption in multi-market environments - Background in managing regional or global projects - Comfort working in ambiguity and scaling initiatives - Knowledge of experimentation (A/B testing), data interpretation, and stakeholder enablement ![EquidadChile2020](https://uber.icims.com/icims2/servlet/icims2?module=AppInert&action=download&id=1241592&hashed=330407089) ![womens_ep_chile](https://uber.icims.com/icims2/servlet/icims2?module=AppInert&action=download&id=1241714&hashed=747656253) ![GPTW_small_(2)](https://uber.icims.com/icims2/servlet/icims2?module=AppInert&action=download&id=1241556&hashed=-6983111) Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
