The Restaurant Operations team aims to help drive success for all restaurant partners on our platform. Our mission is to empower restaurants to grow by enhancing their visibility, boosting sales, and expanding their reach to new and existing customers through innovative tools and offering affordable choices for consumers.
**About the role**
As a **Strategy & Operations Manager**, you will be at the forefront of driving impact for restaurant partners and consumers. You will be a part of a team that defines and executes on the ANZ restaurant growth strategy, focusing on a core business priority of affordability for consumers. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to support restaurants in making pricing decisions to support their growth, and working cross-functionally to address affordability for our restaurants and consumers. This role is perfect for a proactive, hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You’ll combine analytical skills, attention to detail, and a bias toward action to ensure our restaurant partners are set up for success, both now and in the future.
### **Your impact in this role**
**Advance affordability through strategic execution**
- Take ownership of driving more affordable options to drive consumer value
- Support the overarching strategy and lead the execution of local initiatives within our Affordability Program
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders - such as Strategy & Planning, Product, Sales and Operations teams - to drive affordability outcomes
- Create and implement local processes to improve data coverage
- Set up tracking and monitor key metrics, provide timely feedback, and surface insights that inform ongoing adjustments and future strategic planning by partner teams
### **The experience you’ll bring**
- A proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems and leading cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- A hands-on, “get it done” approach—you’re comfortable diving into details and staying agile as circumstances evolve.
- Strong analytical and execution-focused mindset, with the ability to turn data and feedback into concrete recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail. You go extensive lengths to make sure things do not fall through the cracks. You have a habit of double checking and documenting your work.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills.
- Comfort with uncertainty and enthusiasm for overcoming new, uncharted challenges.
- Bonus: Experience with SQL or other analytical tools to drive data-informed decisions and streamline operational processes.
