**About the Role** We are hiring an operational and strategic leader to fuel the growth of drivers on the Uber platform. You will lead initiatives to expand our driver base by forging and strengthening partnerships with vehicle suppliers and fleet managers. Your work will unlock new vehicle access for drivers, making a tangible impact on our business and transforming how people move throughout our countries. **What the Candidate Will Do** 1. **Strategic Planning:** Develop the strategies for our Fleets business, with the primary goal of increasing the number of available drivers in Mexico 2. **Partnership Management:** Manage and scale our network of Vehicle Solution Partners, driving their growth and success on our platform 3. **Program Execution:** Lead strategic programs from conception to completion that enhance the value, tools, and earning potential we offer to fleet owners and drivers 4. **Analytical Problem-Solving:** Identify and analyze key business risks and opportunities, creating data-backed recommendations to drive growth 5. **Performance Analysis:** Monitor and interpret key operational and financial metrics, translating complex data into actionable insights that inform business strategy **Basic Qualifications** This role calls for a combination of analytics and the ability to implement projects in a fast-paced environment 1. **Data-Driven Mentality:** Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation 2. **Advanced experience with Excel** (SQL Knowledge strongly preferred) 3. **Stakeholder Management and Teamwork:** Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities, including external partners 4. **Executional Excellence:** Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment 5. **Planning & Organization:** Understand project objectives and build short-term plans and timelines for executing against them 6. **Basic Financial Understanding:** To make trade-offs regarding investments, a basic financial knowledge would give you a head start 7. **Communication:** Spanish and English proficiency. Able to present ideas in a comprehensive yet succinct manner **Preferred Qualifications** 1. Advanced SQL Knowledge 2.
