As a Marketplace Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational continuity, supporting impactful experiments, and unlocking performance gains that shape the future of our delivery ecosystem.
### **What You'll Do**
- Track marketplace performance using dashboards and reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the configuration and maintenance of internal tools to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Lead the setup and tracking of incentive and efficiency initiatives based on data-driven insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out process improvements and ensure alignment with broader projects.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives by preparing data analyses, supporting pilots and experiments, and reporting on outcomes.
**Basic Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, strategy, analytics or related fields.
- Strong data analysis skills, including advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for building dashboards and quick-turn reports.
- High-level SQL expertise for querying and analyzing operational data.
- Experience in operations, strategy, or consulting—especially in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Good English skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proven ability to create dynamic dashboards and conduct deep-dive analyses in Google Sheets/Excel and complex SQL environments.
- Hands-on experience with operational tasks such as configuring tools, supporting campaigns, or managing supply-side processes.
- Comfortable using scripting or automation tools (e.g., basic/intermediate Python) to streamline routine tasks (a plus, not required).
- Reliable and detail-oriented, with a strong execution mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
