Then this may be the opportunity for you! **About the role:** The Strategy Manager will work closely with senior leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic projects aimed at enhancing overall supply performance. This role requires a dynamic and visionary leader who can lead key company initiatives, improve productivities and efficiencies, and ensure effective project follow-up. **Role Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize strategic projects that align with organizational goals. + Lead cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance and operational efficiency. + Support the strategic plans to achieve business objectives. + Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other methodologies to optimize operations and streamline processes. + Develop reports and dashboards to supervise key performance indicators (critical metrics) and provide actionable insights for decision-making. + Drive continuous improvement efforts by fostering a culture of innovation within the organization. + Communicate effectively with key partners at all levels to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives. + Apply advanced critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative solutions. + Mentor team members in developing their critical thinking capabilities + Develop a culture of continuous improvement by finding opportunities for process optimization + Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of objectives and effective resource utilization. + Creation, development, and monitoring of events and agendas across various areas and suppliers to ensure they collaborate in building and performing activities in line with the organization's strategic guidelines, maintaining high-quality standards. + Ensure proper budget usage and handle all administrative processes inherent to the area. **Experience / skills required:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, industrial engineering, operations management, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA highly preferred. + Proven experience in strategy development and execution within a supply chain or operations environment. + Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely. + Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail. + Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) is highly desirable. + Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in the supply chain industry. + Proficiency in English and Spanish. + Leadership, Strategic and Critical Thinking, Extraordinary Communication Innovation, Mentoring, Lean Execution **Flexible Working Statement:** Flexibility is key to our success.
