The Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping Lenovo’s sustainability services, driving strategic direction, improving data quality, and supporting the development of innovative sustainability offerings. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and collaboration across multiple functions to enhance Lenovo’s sustainability impact and market positioning.


Responsibilities

Strategic Development:

Support the definition and execution of Lenovo’s sustainability services strategy.Create compelling strategic presentations (PPT) to communicate key initiatives.Prepare and facilitate strategic workshops for cross-functional teams.Collaborate with finance to develop and maintain strategic financial dashboards.Translate customer insights into new sustainability propositions and service offerings.

Data Quality & Optimization:

Work with internal teams and external providers to enhance data accuracy and integrity.Support the overall strategic direction of Lenovo’s sustainability services data platform.Ensure alignment with industry sustainability standards and reporting requirements.

Innovation & Offering Development:

Contribute to the initiation of new sustainability services, starting from the pre-concept phase.Develop strategies around sustainability in data centers, improving efficiency and environmental impact.

External Engagement & Partnerships:

Support the building of external alliances to strengthen Lenovo’s go-to-market strategy and identify partnership opportunities to advance Lenovo’s sustainability initiatives globally.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in sustainability and strategy formation.Familiarity with sustainability data standards (LCA methodology, modeling, reporting).Strong PPT skills for strategic presentations.Ability to balance big-picture thinking with technical detail.Data-driven decision-making and ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.Strong team player with a commitment to fostering diversity and creating a positive work environment.
