We are looking for a highly strategic, data-savvy, and detail-focused Strategy Manager, Emerging, to join our expanding Digital Sales & Strategy team. This dynamic position involves both the hands-on coordination of ecommerce go-to-market initiatives, and the in-depth analysis needed to fuel growth, improve results, and contribute to long-range strategic planning. You will operate where marketing, operations, analytics, and merchandising converge, ensuring that all ecommerce activities are synchronized in execution, and driving business outcomes.

Joining the Digital Sales Strategy, Emerging Products team, you will support analytics and insights for our innovative Emerging products portfolio (including SmartHome+, Energy, and Subscription products), and coordinate a seamless execution of key digital campaigns and programs, all while operating in a highly cross functional and dynamic environment. You will report to the Manager, Digital Sales Strategy (Emerging Products), joining a small high performing team. As the ideal candidate, you thrive in a business ownership environment and strive to raise the bar in your role.

Analytics & Insights
Leverages category data to derive clear insights into business opportunity growth or optimization areas Supports all campaign reporting, A/B testing, performance reporting Identify whitespace opportunities through data, consumer insights and market trends Strategic planning
Understand our business priorities and expected outcomes Assist in defining our roadmap, identifying areas of opportunity based on internal data, competitive insights and market trends Manage product backlog and prioritize based on business value and impact Strategic coordination
Own and manage our tactical calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, product launches, and seasonal strategies Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day merchandising and sales tactic execution, aligning implementation across teams Collaborate with stakeholders on monthly planning cycles to review results and make prioritization decisions around upcoming work for the Emerging portfolio Helps coordinate stakeholder feedback on campaigns, where applicable Operational excellence
Build out playbooks for recurring campaign events and promotions Test and build new sales merchandising tactics, offers, and campaigns to drive increased sales for our Emerging portfolio
Qualifications
What you bring
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital sales and marketing environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple stakeholders Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data management tools (Adobe analytics, Looker, Tableau) Able to break down complex problems across teams, and rally them to a shared outcome with measurable results Bachelor's degree or similar post-secondary degree, MBA is an asset
