Strategy Manager

Job Summary: The Strategy Specialist will focus on the strategic importance, such as market entry, product development, or operational efficiency with specialized knowledge to support the broader strategy team and contribute to the company’s strategic projects. Responsibilities: Strategy Development • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvements • Participate in the development of long term business goals and objectives Data Analysis • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to gather insights and inform strategic decision making • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track and report progress • Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess potential outcomes of different strategies • Communicate data driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders Competitive Analysis • Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, market share, and industry developments • Identify areas of opportunity and potential threats in the competitive landscape • Develop strategies to differentiate and position the company against competitors • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform strategy development Project Management • Lead and coordinate cross functional projects to implement strategic initiatives • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet goals and objectives • Communicate project updates and results to stakeholders and senior management Communication and Collaboration • Act as a liaison between different departments and teams to ensure alignment and cooperation • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and meetings to gather input and drive decision making • Communicate strategy updates and progress to all levels of the organization • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture to drive continuous improvement and evolution of strategies. Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field with at least 5 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. • Experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a related field. Senior analysts should have a proven track record of contributing to strategic initiatives. • Advanced analytical abilities, including financial modeling, data interpretation, and scenario analysis. • The capacity to think critically, assess market trends, and develop actionable strategic recommendations. • Experience in leading projects, mentoring junior analysts, and collaborating with cross functional teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex findings to senior management and stakeholders. • A deep understanding of the Water industry, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment relevant to the organization.
