Your role:
GRE Portfolio Management, Reporting and Analytics
Finance & data analytics support across all GRE areas (Strategy, Transactions, Facility Management, Project Management);
Consolidation and maintenance of relevant RE data and costs, providing one source of truth;
Coordination of Lease Admin activities, ensuring completeness of records in RE database;
Regular & ad hoc analysis/reporting;
Ad hoc data, finance & project support as applicable
Budget Planning, Cost Management & Finance support
Support for GRE budget planning activities & monthly forecasting;
Coordination of accounting activities in RE area;
Tracking RE saving initiatives against target, identifying potential saving opportunities.
Tools, Process & Continuous Improvements
Support for tracking & analyzing performance KPIs on RE activities & financial health;
Support for implementation of tool enhancements & streamlining of processes;
Applying Lean methodology, drive continuous improvement on all key processes/priorities to reduce non-value add activity, improve process consistency & improve business outcomes through effective process design, measurement, action, improvement & control
Your background:
Fluent in English;
Finance/FP&A/Accounting experience;
Proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint;
Very good analytical, problem solving & communication skills;
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks & work independently.
Nice to have:
SAP, BI apps, VBA experience
