We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Executive to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of pivotal initiatives across Siemens Digital Industries Software India. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with the Head of Operations and Strategy and collaborate across sales, presales, services, and partner functions. The ideal candidate will bring structured thinking, cross-functional coordination skills, and a passion for solving complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning SupportAssist in the annual and quarterly business planning cycles (Account Coverage
Plan, Integrated Country Plan, Annual Operating Plan).
Drive alignment across industries (Core, Federal, Growth) and product lines
(STS, SMD, DM, LCS, Mendix).
Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
2. Performance & Review CadenceSupport preparation and facilitation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Track critical metrics, initiative progress, and functional team updates.
3. Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate workshops and meetings involving sales, presales, services, and renewals.
Enable collaboration through structured formats, documentation, and follow-ups.
4. Market & Account InsightsAnalyze white space, market potential, and strategic account movements.
Work with Sales Orchestrators and segment leaders to refine account strategies.
5. Data-Driven SupportBuild dashboards, reports, and frameworks to support decision-making.
Monitor macroeconomic and industry trends relevant to business growth.
6. Communications & EngagementContribute to internal communication initiatives (e.g., leadership updates, newsletters).
Help increase engagement in leadership forums, strategy workshops, and cross-functional projects.
Education and Experience/Skills:2–4 years of experience post-MBA (ideal for ISB PGP Class of 2023, 2024 or 2025).
Prior experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or related roles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills for cross-functional alignment.
Prior experience in enterprise software, digital industries, or GTM strategy is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:Normal office or home office environment with regular travel to customer sites and internal meetings.
Must be willing and available to work the core business hours required by the role.
Approximately 25-50% travel is encouraged, including inter-city travel across India.
