We’re looking for a Strategy Director who’s ready to help ambitious brands create culturally resonant work that delivers real-world impact. You’ll be joining one of Singapore’s most creatively awarded agencies, with the chance to shape campaigns that punch well above their weight. **Responsibilities** What sets a Planning Director apart isn’t just their experience, it’s the ability to provide strategic thinking that no one else could. At this level, your work will be distinctive. It will be instantly recognisable as yours without needing your name on the deck. You’ll be expected to provide unexpected strategic direction that sets Publicis Groupe creative agencies apart in the eyes of our clients and the industry. That means helping clients see their problems differently, deck storytelling that shifts mindsets, and inspiring creative teams to push further. As the lead strategist across your accounts, you’ll have plenty of freedom. But you won’t be working alone. You’ll have close relationships with the account and creative leads. Together, you’ll build brands, solve business problems, and look after the health of your accounts. You’ll also be working with less experienced people from the strategy, creative, and account leadership teams, and you’ll help them grow in their roles through example, advice, and by creating opportunity. In addition to the above, you’ll be expected to: + Help build brands across all channels and touchpoints. + Interact with clients as a respected equal, projecting gravitas and acting as a trusted advisor. + Provide sophisticated explanations of the industry dynamics your clients operate within, and how this influences the different marketing strategies that characterise their category. + Be able to design unconventional research methodologies. + Collaborate with specialists within the Groupe, in areas such as media, commerce, and CRM. + Perform line management duties for your direct reports (if applicable), such as conducting performance reviews through our career management system, signing off expenses, and approving holiday. **Qualifications** + 10+ years agency experience. + Excellent writing and deck storytelling skills. + Good knowledge of how creative, media, and production work together, gained through practical experience. + After-hours work and travel may be required. **Additional information** _Applicable to all roles at Publicis Groupe_ .
