The Strategy Director leads the strategic relationship, opportunity identification & product delivery to clients; encompassing strategy, analytics and insight. The Strategy Director is responsible for driving and enhancing our agency's culture of Never Standing Still. Responsibilities Be an indispensable strategic partner to clients, through the delivery of media strategies that drive business growth. Develop & facilitate strategic workshops & presentations that create opportunities for growth. Be curious & proactive in understanding client's business, media & culture to bring genuine human insight to solve business challenges. Utilise proprietary & industry research tools to develop human & business insight & understanding to inform strategies. Work with agency village partners to ensure aligned thinking and delivery to clients. Champion our philosophy and way of working internally and with our clients. Play an active role in the development of differentiating ideas to solve business challenges. Develop relationships with media owner strategy & insights teams Input into the strategic delivery of new business pitches. Qualifications Strong and proven strategic problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen. Skilled at understanding people & uncovering insights. Fluidity with data & an ability to translate data into meaningful insights. Media literate – Understands and respects how media works and can connect strategy to media activation. An Innovative mindset – open to new ideas, curious in seeking different points of view. Plugged into culture & what’s going on in the world. A strong communicator and storyteller A team player, who knows how to best navigate team dynamics. 8+ years of experience in media agency or similar roles. Diversity of background is a plus.
