A Strategic Director that keep developing client relationships and elevate our strategic offerings towards our ambition to being an evidence-based growth agency_ **The Role** The Strategy Director at Publicis Groupe Denmark is a central role to the organization, who works across competences within Media-planning, Creative solutions, Digital and Intelligence. The Strategy Director craft and design integrated strategies essential to making Publicis a trusted business partner to support our client’s growth. You will be champion insight and evidence driven marketing planning. You know how to transform insights and data, into understandable and valuable advice to both client leads and clients. You bring the ability to connect business strategy to marketing strategy and translate marketing strategies into demands for creative solutions and channel planning. Client leads will look for you to support them in client de-briefing and development of strategic directions. We have global interface supported tools to support the above that allow you and all involved parties to work agile. We have a designed planning process ”Make it” and we have an interactive system ”Growth OS” to support the full process from briefs to campaign monitoring. Besides standard TGI data, we have propriety data available across 300+ brands in 40+ markets for you to utilize. We are sponsoring the Ehrenberg Bass Institute that access newest research and findings for your work with advertisers in Denmark – local as well as global brands. As Strategy Director you will play a crucial role in attracting new business through close collaboration with our leadership team. Your focus will be on ensuring consistent and high-quality strategic work based on Publicis Groupe’s Power of ONE model. A model to utilize capabilities across creative, media and intelligence of all our competences agencies to avoid silos and friction to deliver on one clear goal – growth for our clients **Key** **R** **esponsibilities** + Creating strategies that align creative and media solutions to deliver upon client objectives. + Leading role in local and regional pitches to attract new business. + Champion the strategic methodology within Publicis Group including Power of ONE which also includes coaching and training session internally. + Join client teams to revisit and challenge current strategic work. + Join global strategy teams to maintain quality of our strategic output on our current clients. + Write POVs to be published in trade press and on own media. + Write/co-write cases that proof our deliverance for clients across creative, media and digital. + Identify market and consumer trends together with the Intelligence team. + Delivering on specific OKRs based on business targets and above. **Your Profile** You are a connector that connect all inputs to a strategy. You add value to any strategic or creative argument with a clear view on the overall ambitions. You are familiar with all aspects of media strategy and keep aware of trends in media consumption.
