The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity on its Air Dominance Strategy team for a Strategy Development Analyst! This position is responsible for the research, analysis, and development of business strategies related to the Air Dominance division within Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS). This position is located in Berkeley, MO.
The successful candidate must possess a record of outstanding performance. Prior experience including, but not limited to, business development, project management, contracts, finance, and/or engineering will enable a candidate to successfully function in this assignment. Operational and technical experience is highly desired.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop market analysis and business cases to prioritize, allocate, and manage strategic resources and investmentsCultivate key relationships with respective divisional strategy analysts, program and division leadership, and key functional counterparts in Business Development, Engineering, and FinanceIdentify market trends and assess their effects of the division’s business posture and resulting strategic implicationsFormulate and recommend specific business objectives, strategies, investments, and plans to support division decision-making processesIdentify information to analyze, filter, integrate, and disseminate industry assessments and informationConduct alternative scenario planning exercises, and independent market researchRecommend and implement strategies, strategic alliances, partnerships, and acquisitions to achieve divisional strategic business objectivesSupport the development and present executive business strategy presentationsInfluence and advise executive leaders in company decision-making processesCoordinate across BDS divisions (PW, MS&B, SI&WS, VL), broader Boeing (ET&T, BGS, etc.), and functions to implement strategies and drive the highest return on investment possible to exceed business objectives and LRBP targetsThe selected candidate will be required to perform most work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.A final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint3+ years of experience supporting sophisticated analytic projects across business units and/or multiple functionsExperience with the DoD and defense programsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMasters’ Degree or higherExperience within the Fixed Wing Strike marketExperience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including ExecutivesActive U.S. Security ClearanceTypical Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range:
Level 3: $116,100 - $141,900
Level 4: $144,000 - $176,000
