**Introduction**
As an Strategy Consultant, you will work on projects that help clients clarify business or operation strategy, and design process, organization,technology, and data blueprint. You will develop transformation initiatives or tasks to increase operation effectiveness, reduce costs and improve efficiency for the enterprise. You will have an opportunity to build a powerful team of interesting and rewarding experiences. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
**Your role and responsibilities**
Engage with Opportunities and
lead the team to win the deal.
- Leverage IBM’s leading transformation framework and methodology to help our clients with their toughest problem.
- Lead a cross skill team (maybe 4-6 consultants) to help our clients gathering and analyzing problem from their industry or different industry, formulating and testing hypotheses to identity potential pain points, and developing and communicating transformation strategy and initiatives.
- Manage client relationship and build trust with sponsor during the delivering.
- Participate and present solutions to various level of stakeholders of clients.
- Develop or evaluate operation capabilities such as process, organization, IT on where/how clients should invest their digital transformation today and tomorrow to drive revenue growth or optimize costs to improve operation efficiency.
- Leverage ecosystem partners to improve clients' operation efficiency.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Functional knowledge -
Strategy, IPD, CRM, GTM, Finance, HR, IT, Data.
- Industry experience - Consumer, Electronic Product, Healthcare, Life Science, Automotive, or Industrial Products.
- Total work experience of 10+ years. At least 5 years of strategy consulting. Successful lead and deliver transformation projects.
- Experience in "C" level executive communication, and experience & ability to manage and build CXO relationships during delivery.
- Undergraduate degree with outstanding academic record and/or Masters, MBA
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
