**Introduction**
As a Business Transformation Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
**Your role and responsibilities**
* Engage with Opportunities and lead the team to win the deal.
* Leverage IBM’s leading transformation framework and methodology to help our clients with their toughest problem.
* Manage client relationship and build trust with sponsor during the delivering.
* Participate and present solutions to various level of stakeholders of clients.
* Develop or evaluate operation capabilities such as process, organization, IT on where/how clients should invest their digital transformation today and tomorrow to drive revenue growth or optimize costs to improve operation efficiency.
* Leverage ecosystem partners to improve clients' operation efficiency.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Functional knowledge - Strategy, CRM
Industry experience - Consumer, Electronic Product, Healthcare, Life Science, Automotive, or Industrial Products.
Solid strategy consulting experience. Successful lead and deliver transformation projects.
