Strategy and Transformation Manager, Ford Pro

In this position…

As Ford Pro is working on its next phase of growth, the Ford Pro Strategy & Transformation Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive new growth initiatives. This role will involve strategic planning, market and competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

This role will be primarily onsite in Dearborn, MI, with some flexibility.

You'll have…

Minimum of 2+ years of corporate strategy, consulting or finance experience. MBA or Master's degree in business, finance, economics or equivalent experience.

Experience working with a variety of data and proven ability to synthesize insights and drive decisions and actions.  Experience building relationships and working cross-functionally within a large, matrixed environment.  Strong interpersonal skills, including governing project teams, encouraging teamwork, influencing stakeholders, and presenting results to senior management.  Polished verbal communication / presentation skills and structured writing skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.  Knowledge of fleet/commercial vehicle industry or adjacent industries preferred.  Knowledge of Ford structure and processes, with experience cross-functionally with marketing and sales, finance, or product development.

What you'll do...

Lead market research and competitive analysis to define key trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth, including white space and inorganic opportunities.  Collaborate across functions, including finance, product development, marketing, as well as teams from other business units (such as Ford Customer Service Division, Integrated Services, Ford Credit) to develop strategy, define strategic roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.  Analyze and interpret data to make informed recommendations on strategic initiatives and operational improvements.  Lead the evaluation of potential partnerships, acquisitions, and new business models to enhance our commercial vehicle business and ecosystem.  Monitor and respond to industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to ensure our strategies remain competitive.  Prepare and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders to influence key decisions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.  Develop metrics and KPIs to track the performance of strategic initiatives and inform necessary adjustments.
