Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 6 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
+ Experience managing business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or goal setting.
+ Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
+ MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
+ Experience leveraging problem solving skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
+ Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
The Google Cloud Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team acts as trusted advisors, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.
As a Strategy and Operations Manager for EMEA, you will be responsible for defining, landing and executing on our key strategic priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. You will be responsible for helping with planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans and managing the rhythm of the business activities. You will provide business insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, drive strategic partnerships, and execute new initiatives. The organization's goal is to align company priorities with day-to-day operations and evolve early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives.

+ Partner with UKI Regional Sales Strategy and
Operations (RSO) to support leadership team to develop the organization’s strategy (including organization design, growth and business plan).
+ Drive the business forward by developing/executing initiatives to accelerate growth and scale.
+ Establish and shape the way we work, through operational cadence, content of reviews, improvement initiatives and metrics, insights and reporting.
+ Support running business operations and business review cadences for the region.
+ Measure progress against goals, be aware of gaps and develop/implement plans to bridge them.
