The Growth Marketing and Digital Experience (GMDx) Team is looking for a Strategy and Operations Intern.

 

This is a remote, hourly paid position, requiring a commitment of 20 hours/week for 12 weeks.

 

What You Will Do

 

The Strategy and Operations Intern will support key initiatives by assisting with project management, strategic planning and development, and operational task execution. This role involves developing executive-level presentations, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and supporting day-to-day project needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently, possessing great interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

 

Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) is essential. This internship offers hands-on experience in organizational strategy, business operations, and stakeholder collaboration.

 

Responsibilities

Project Management Assistance
Support the planning, tracking, and execution of key initiatives, including managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.Operational & Strategic Project Support
Provide hands-on support for various projects, including research, data organization, and the preparation of project documentation and reportingSlide Development & Presentation Support
Create, edit, and refine presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of strategic priorities and project updates. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with team members and stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and progress on strategic goals.
Requirements

Education:

High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
Additional Preferences Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Strategy, Operations, or a related fieldStrong academic standing with demonstrated interest in business strategy, project management, or organizational operationsCoursework or experience in data analysis, organizational behavior, or communications is a plusExcellent verbal communication skills with the ability to present thoughts clearly and professionallyAbility to rapidly respond to requests A desire to learn in a fast-paced and ever changing environmentOutstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignmentsA collaborative attitude and ability to integrate with a diverse teamPrevious experience in healthcare or interest in the field a plus
