Functions/Responsibilities:

Lead initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to optimize processes.Develop and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.Establishing and implementing standardized procedures across manufacturing sites.Lead operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.Establish and track KPIs (OEE, cost reduction, productivity, etc.) to measure manufacturing performance.Enhancing production workflows, reducing downtime, and improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).Ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to optimize end-to-end operations.Driving automation, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and digital transformation in manufacturing.Working with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to align strategies.Oversee process standardization and best practice sharing across multiple plants or locations.Lead change management efforts to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and coaching teams in operational excellence methodologies.Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.Train and develop teams on methodologies like Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.
