The Boeing Company’s Total Rewards team is seeking a **Strategy and Integration Manager** to join our team. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to support the VP of Total Rewards to execute on a variety of projects and drive overall engagement and knowledge of our Total Rewards programs. This position can be located in **Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; Bellevue, WA; Chicago, IL; Hazelwood, MO; North Charleston, SC; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK; Huntsville, Al; San Antonio, TX; Plano, TX; or Ridley Park, PA.** **Position Responsibilities:** + Lead and influence the redesign of Boeing’s recognition program approach to include but not limited to service awards, spot recognition, cash awards and life events to achieve positive employee outcomes and retention + Lead the partnership with the vendor who will facilitate the program and coordinate with HR Operations as needed to ensure successful administration + Collaborate with HR, labor relations, and leaders globally to understand the needs of the business and be responsive to their feedback + Collaborate with finance to establish and maintain departmental budgets and ensure performance to plan + Ensure compliance with legal, tax and regulatory requirements related to recognition programs globally + Deliver outcomes while working in a dynamic, fast paced, high visibility, and ambiguous environment + Guide and facilitate the development, implementation, and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals + Analyze metrics and consult on effectiveness of recognition programs + Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in recognition programs **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 5+ years of experience with Human Resources and/or Compensation + 5+ years of experience leveraging data analytics methods to solve complex problems **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role + 3+ years of experience with recognition programs + 5+ years of experience working with compensation laws and regulations + 5+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of rewards programs + Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills + Ability to translate complex HR topics into clear, engaging educational content + Strong project management and organizational skills + Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Pay and Benefits:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
