Principal responsibilities

Own the MSS NFR workforce plan, monitor TE spend and maintain key NFR team data to enable annual processes such as performanceDesign and deliver communications to the NFR team on key updates and people engagementWork closely with the MSS Communications team on delivery of communications to the wider MSS audience on key risk management messages and procedure changesWork closely with the Head of MSS NFR and the global MSS NFR leadership team to shape the MSS NFR strategyDesign and deliver key global people engagement and training initiatives to enable delivery of the MSS NFR strategyCreate content for and manage event logistics for training, townhalls, leadership meetings and other in person or virtual eventsAction any ad hoc requests from the Head of MSS NFR
