Job Summary
Looking for a Strategy Analyst to join a fast-paced Capital Markets technology team to collaborate across business and the wider enterprise. The Technology Strategy team is focused on advancing multi-year strategic initiatives, accelerating digital and AI, modernization and simplification of our estate.The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating across groups to facilitate key stakeholder presentations and create, monitor, and report on strategic KPIs. This will entail synthesizing complex information into compelling narratives, supporting executive events, and driving strategic planning processes. The role requires strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into actionable insights and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Job Description
What will you do?Coordinate across teams to gather key information across multiple stakeholders & conduct analysis to support building compelling presentationsLeverage appropriate tools to prepare materials (including articles, infographics videos, emails, surveys, RBC Connect, etc.) to celebrate the teams’ accomplishmentsTake broad concepts/problems and distill them into concise business stories that can be communicated across a wide range of audiences ranging from employees to executivesFacilitate deep dives into key topics to gather content and form an understanding that can be shared with stakeholders.Plan and deliver high impact sessions that will have a meaningful impact for attendees across regions (in-person and virtual sessions, for town halls, offsites, employee engagement and more)Partner and collaborate closely with all relevant internal stakeholders to deliver top tier presentations that will be presented to senior executivesMaintain Confluence, SharePoint and RBC Connect sites to grow employee engagementWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have
3-5 years of relevant experience in strategy, branding, marketing, project management and/or communications rolesSelf-starter, highly flexible, detail-oriented, comfortable with change & leading through ambiguity, ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and deliver with a great amount of accuracy and completenessStrong ability to build and maintain relationships and effectively partner across the organizationExceptional oral and written communication with a strong proficiency in MS PowerPointStrategic thinker with exceptional planning, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skillsProven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Comfortable with change & leading through ambiguity.Nice-to-have
Financial Services or Technology experienceConsulting Advisory Services, Strategy development and execution, and Business Process Management; Target operating model; Design thinking Frameworks and methodologies, e.g. Lean Six Sigma.Experience with strategy development/ project management in a consulting environmentExperience identifying and delivering revenue or cost saving benefitsEvent management experienceWhat’s in it for you?
