We’re seeking a Strategic Analyst to join our dynamic Strategic PMO Operations team. In this critical role, you’ll help shape the strategic direction of our Innovation Marketing teams across all business units—fueling growth, supporting new product introductions (NPIs), and delivering measurable impact.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation

Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to analyze KPIs, identify trends, and improve NPI forecasting accuracySupport strategic and innovation-focused initiatives across regions and product linesUse data-driven insights to evaluate project performance and shape long-term strategy

Stakeholder Engagement

Work with global and regional Marketing, Innovation, Finance, and Strategic teams to ensure alignment across initiativesClearly communicate objectives, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders

Risk Identification & Mitigation

Assess NPI forecast risk and develop data-supported mitigation strategiesMonitor innovation pipelines and market conditions to anticipate strategic challenges

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

Lead monthly performance reporting to support NPI governanceDocument key learnings and contribute to process improvement initiatives across the innovation lifecycle

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
 10+ years’ experience in strategic analysis, preferably in the chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
Deep understanding of innovation and business support processes in a matrixed, global organization
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
