Lead Business Plan scheduling for Portfolio Planning and Public Relations LeadershipCreate ad-hoc presentations engaging with different stakeholders including SSM, OnStar, Finance, Dealers, PR and others in order to support strategies defined by leadership. Lead time optimization for meetings/calendars and create new follow up forums/documents in order to foster simplification and innovation within the Planning organization. Coordinate executive-level activities, assignments, deliverables and other internal/external events and forums.Support Planning an PR Leadership in communications strategy, developing presentations and scripts.Improve employee’s engagement through communication and Workplace of Choice initiatives.Oversee and provide estimates for various budgets; execute special projects and business reports as required.Coordinate a multidisciplinary team to accomplish the organization’s strategic goals.Lead expense reports and travel expense statements for Planning and PR leadership Lead Innovation ideation process and initiatives in the Planning Team.Work Appropriately
This is a hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis.
