Strategy, Delivery & Planning Junior AnalystWhat Can You Expect?
As a Junior Analyst in the Strategy, Delivery & Planning team, you’ll be deeply involved in data-driven reporting and metric tracking that supports key operational and strategic initiatives. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers, exploring datasets, spotting inconsistencies and ensuring accuracy in every report. Your work will directly inform decision-making across the business and operations, with a strong focus on recurring reports, headcount analysis, financial models and initiative tracking.
This is a detail-heavy role — ideal for someone who is methodical, thrives in structured tasks, enjoys spotting data inconsistencies and is committed to producing clean, reliable reports.

We will count on you to:
Maintain and update recurring reports on headcount, benefits realization, and initiative status
Support new regional initiatives reporting, including tracking operational savings and categorizing initiatives
Contribute to business case tracking, from status updates to impact monitoring
Prepare headcount and cost analyses at country, regional, and center-of-excellence levels
Deliver ad-hoc reports based on business needs - often requiring a quick turnaround and sharp eye for detail
Work with financial models to track key performance indicators and operational metrics
Update internal dashboards and support forecast-based reporting presentations (minimal design, mostly data accuracy)
What You Need to Succeed:
Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables (Power Query is a plus)
Sharp attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to ensuring data accuracy
Analytical mindset with a practical problem-solving attitude
Ability to spot inconsistencies, gaps, or anomalies in large datasets
Comfortable handling repetitive, process-driven tasks and working with structured data
Basic understanding of business reporting concepts and financial terminology
Ability to follow reporting procedures and maintain consistent documentation standards
Proficient English language skills (C1 level)
Experience using collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
What makes you stand out:
Hands-on experience with Power Query or other data automation tools
Familiarity with PlanView, particularly in data entry and tracking project metrics
Experience in developing and maintaining standardized reporting templates
Understanding of data visualization best practices and tools
Ability to manage recurring reporting tasks independently and meet tight deadlines
Basic knowledge of Python and a genuine interest in process automation
Prior exposure to financial modeling or reporting in a corporate setting
Experience working with headcount or workforce planning metrics
Enthusiasm for improving reporting processes and reducing manual effort
