 What you'll do:

Draft and finalize documents for equipment lease and finance transactions, ensuring timely and accurate filings like STB and RCG filings, PPSAs, UCC-1s and UCC-3s

Oversee financing deal closings, ensure conditions are met, and handle post-closing tasks like UCC filings and document archiving

Prepare and negotiate a variety of contracts, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, and real estate leases

Maintain organized records with key metadata, track deadlines, and ensure compliance

Streamline processes, implement tools like CLM systems, and improve templates and workflows

 

What you'll need:

 

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or legal studies required/legal credentials, such as JD or paralegal certification, a plus7+ years in contracts, legal support, or related areas; familiarity with UCC filings and secured transactions preferredProficiency with contract management tools, attention to detail, and strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated, team-oriented, adaptable, and professional
