Strategic Supply Chain Project Specialist Job Description **Are you ready to drive impactful change in a global supply chain environment?** We are looking for a Strategic Supply Chain Project Specialist to lead initiatives that enhance operational performance and support strategic sales projects within our IT Cooling business. **Your main responsibilities:** + Lead and coordinate Operations and Supply Chain actions for strategic Sales projects. + Act as the primary liaison between Sales and global Plants, ensuring seamless collaboration. + Translate business priorities into actionable operations plans and drive execution. + Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. + Support footprint and sourcing strategies to build long-term resilience. + Contribute to growth plans by positioning the supply chain as a competitive advantage. + Participate in customer meetings and support Sales with operational insights. + Develop reporting tools to visualize performance metrics. + Drive supply chain activities for new product introductions and manage ramp-up/down processes. **Your background:** + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, or Engineering. + Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain within a multinational company. + Strong business acumen and global mindset. + Solid understanding of supply chain concepts. + Strategic, tactical, and operational thinking. + Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills. + Proficiency in English and SAP. **What’s in it for you?** Here at Grundfos it’s our mission to help you develop and fulfil your ambitions, both career and personal.
