We are looking for a candidate who will build the future of Fashion Buying for EU Softlines partnering with technology and commercial teams.
The Supply Chain Manager will lead transformative buying automation initiatives across our EU Supply Chain Operations. This role sits at the intersection of technology and supply chain management, focusing on revolutionizing how we execute purchases with our vendors, which is the core enabler of the growth of Fashion business. The ideal candidate will partner with tech teams to build the new generation buying systems, drive the implementation of the buying systems within EU Softlines, reducing manual interventions while overseeing the seasonal buying operations and improving operational efficiency.
The role is part of the EU SL FBI (Forecasting-Buying-Inventory) Management team and is responsible for driving a number of key projects and processes at the core of the transformation of our EU Softlines business. The main responsibility is defining, owning and delivering key initiatives and actions to improve Buying efficiency and be a key member of an exciting and driven Forecasting, Buying and Inventory team.
The successful candidate must be motivated and resilient to drive key step change work in a challenging business environment. They must be able to manage a wide range of key stakeholders, holding senior teams to account on performance and building strong relationships with related project teams. The candidate should have a strong background in data analytics and project management, be comfortable with using data to drive decisions.
