About the team!

Based in Madrid, Spain, we are a team of creative problem solvers, strong in maths and visual thinking. Our goal is to make Computer Aided Design easy and enjoyable, through our development of Siemens’ Synchronous Technology. We enjoy our work because of the substantial technical and creative challenges and because of its visual and spatial nature.

We are tasked with developing new solutions and given the time to innovate. We believe that innovation is incremental, experimental and team based. We take time to protect our intellectual property with around 30 patents filed.

We're seeking passionate individuals studying Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Science, Engineering, or related fields. What you’ll be doing at the Strategic Student Program (SSP)

This is a software development internship focusing on the design, implementation and testing of code in a variety of languages (C++, C#, Python) within a modern Agile environment. The internship will last for 6 months from October 2025 to March 2026 2025. There will be opportunity to learn and give in a variety of areas of the software development process, with emphasis on a number of achievable projects to both encourage your development and deliver something useful.

All about you!

Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent experience in Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience of C++, C#, Python.Enjoy creative problem-solving and possess a passion for writing code.Clear visual problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Desire to collaborate in a friendly team environment.Eager to design and write new, interesting code.SSP Spain 2025 - 2026, conditions & eligibilitySiemens Strategic Student Program (SSP) in Spain will run from 1st October 2025 to 31st March 2026 (6 months). Depending on the university programs and the number of internship hours per academic cycle, renewals can be considered. Interns may also could write their bachelor's or master's thesis in cooperation with Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW) (STS). Internship at SIEMENS DISW are paid and interns receive an internship contribution.

Eligibility

Interns must be enrolled in a university in Spain and have at least 750 hours available from their university programs for internships.Applicants must be enrolled at a Spanish university for the entire duration of the program, including both Spanish and international students.Curricular and extracurricular internships are accepted, the university program must the full six-month length of the internship.International students must have the proper visa and/or work permit to participate, as Siemens will not cover or facilitate visa or permit processes.
