PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a results-driven Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support global supply chain operations in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance across contract and procurement systems. About the Role
As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing commodity strategies, managing supplier documentation, and supporting initiatives aligned with the Global Strategic Sourcing Annual Operating Plan. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in supplier contract management and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
Commodity Management

Lead commodity strategy development and supplier negotiations.

Draft and manage NDAs, Unilateral Letters, Novations, Assignments, and Assumptions.

Review contract amendments for accuracy and compliance.

Compliance & Documentation

Prepare and submit compliance packages including Extended Terms Requests (ETRs), supplier scorecards, FAIRS, and Fair and Reasonable Price Justifications (FRPJ).

Update SAP with pricing, minimum order quantities, and VMI validation.

RFQ & Master Data Management

Coordinate RFQ packages and distribute drawings.

Manage vendor and material master data changes.

Analyze part demand and historical receipts.

Maintain documentation in contract management tools.

Cost & Platform Analysis

Initiate Should Cost Estimates (SCE).

Retrieve platform details and resolve PO and Supplier Portal issues.

Support CID and BAA content analysis.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.

Strong project and contract management skills.

Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, RFQ tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CPSM, CPIM).

Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

Experience in cost analysis and supplier performance tracking.

Business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset.

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
