What this job involves: The Strategic Sourcing & Partnerships Manager leads procurement strategy and supplier management across JLL's integrated facilities management service delivery to Stripe throughout the Americas (AMER) region. This leadership role develops innovative sourcing approaches, manages complex category strategies, and cultivates strategic supplier partnerships that drive exceptional value and service performance. The position serves as a key procurement leader for the region, aligning sourcing initiatives with business objectives while building a high-performing procurement organization.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Lead the development and implementation of regional procurement strategy aligned with global objectivesManage category strategies for key spend areas across the AMER portfolioDirect complex sourcing initiatives from opportunity identification through implementationBuild and manage a network of strategic supplier partnerships that enhance service capabilitiesLead supplier innovation programs that drive continuous improvement and value creationDevelop and implement procurement governance frameworks and compliance protocolsManage a team of sourcing professionals and coordinate regional procurement activitiesEstablish performance metrics and reporting systems for procurement effectivenessIdentify and execute cost optimization initiatives that deliver sustainable savingsDevelop risk management strategies for critical supply categories and marketsLead stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment between procurement and operationsImplement digital procurement strategies and technology enablementOversee supplier diversity and sustainable procurement programsRepresent procurement interests in client business reviews and strategic planningPartner with global teams to leverage enterprise-wide procurement opportunitiesDevelop and mentor sourcing team members to build procurement capabilitiesLead change management for procurement transformation initiativesOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fieldAdvanced professional procurement certification (MCIPS, CPSM, or equivalent)8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing with at least 3 years in managementStrong knowledge of category management principles and advanced sourcing methodologiesExperience leading procurement transformation or optimization initiativesBackground managing supplier relationships at executive and strategic levelsExperience developing and implementing procurement strategies across multiple countriesStrong people management and team leadership abilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong financial acumen with ability to demonstrate procurement value creationExperience working in matrixed organizations and multinational environmentsKnowledge of procurement best practices and emerging trendsBasic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in related field or MBAG-Suite proficiency is preferredExperience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or professional services industriesBackground managing procurement for multinational client accountsKnowledge of AMER supplier markets and regional procurement regulationsExperience implementing digital procurement platforms and technologiesBackground in supplier relationship management program developmentExperience leading procurement teams across multiple countriesKnowledge of change management methodologiesBackground in procurement center of excellence developmentExperience with procurement performance measurement and analyticsKnowledge of strategic sourcing in service categories

Working Environment

This position is based in United States, with responsibility for procurement activities across the AMER region. The role requires regular travel (approximately 30%) to regional locations for supplier meetings, team management, and stakeholder engagement. The Strategic Sourcing & Partnerships Manager works in a professional office environment with modern technology systems while frequently collaborating virtually with teams across multiple countries and time zones. The position offers significant leadership opportunities with potential advancement into senior procurement leadership roles globally.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

100,000.00 – 125,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
