As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will Manage China region packaging procurement and identify innovation and optimization projects across Asia-Pacific region, Initiate packaging export based on China.

Key Responsibilities

stablish and refresh the commodity strategy in regular basis with alignment with key stakeholders.

Lead the supplier relationship management

Implement the Strategic Sourcing Process in the activities within his/her scope

Lead the strategic programs such as single source reduction, cost reduction and green packaging

Drive innovation in purchasing tools, process and sourcing strategy. (Lean initiatives, VE, VSM)

Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing procurement strategies; experience in packaging procurement within the chemical industry

Bachelor's degree or above.

Deep understanding of the packaging industry, familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and international procurement standards.

Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; proficiency in a second foreign language
