Lead sourcing team to support customer project team to win bid, ensure safety supply and technical innovation. It will include sourcing activities such as supplier development & management, RFQ, E-bidding, supplier selection, project award, quality and delivery and talent development. Identify C4C opportunities and lead the team in expediting localization efforts. Initiate cross-functional improvement and excellence through kaizen and workshops.Develop Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement sourcing strategies to meet business needs and ensure continuous supply of materials and services.Provide efficiency sourcing activities to meet the quality, delivery & cost target of customized hardware project.  The sourcing activities incl. but not limited to RFQ, E-bidding, price negotiation, project award and project follow-up.Collaborate with cross function team to improve supplier performance incl. quality, OTD & cost. Drive supplier to make continuous improvement.Manage supplier capacity, risk mitigation and ensure supply safety to meet business growthPromote important changes to mitigate supply risks, improve cost competitiveness and business growth. Closely track key performance to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies: including but not limited to Purchase Price Variance, Material Margin Enhancement, DPO/Supplier Payables, e-Auctions.Regular price and contract negotiations with suppliersProvide sourcing support to local NPD projects to accelerate the local business growth.Other tasks assigned by superior
