We have an opportunity for a **Strategic Sourcing Manager** to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, where you will be responsible for establishing and driving continuous improvement projects to drive standardization and automation in the global purchasing function within Honeywell Building Solutions. Lead the team of purchasing professionals to drive execution of Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan and drive transformation through purchasing excellence. You will have global and regional responsibility to drive purchasing process transformation including but not limited to past due reduction, process automation, track and outperform SLAs with the aim to support best in class results for HBS business. You will be managing several projects in a dynamic global environment. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations.
