We’re seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sourcing Analytics Manager to join our AppleCare Service Supply Chain Operations (SSCO) team. In this critical role, you’ll lead cost validation and analytics for contract manufacturing (CM) across all Apple product lines—iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch, Audio, and Beats—to support our world-class service operations. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in data analytics, cost modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to help us deliver service solutions with precision and efficiency. **Description** Lead cost analysis and validation of CM’s cost data across all major Apple product lines Manage large, complex data sets and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of service product costing Build scalable, insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau, Snowflake, and other data tools Collaborate cross-functionally with material, GCM, finance, AppleCare business insight (ACBI) and within business operation team (Biz Ops) to drive cost transparency and efficiency Translate complex data into clear insights to support operational decisions and strategic sourcing planning Develop and maintain tools to support service supply chain initiatives and OEM costed BOM processes with automated solutions Present data-driven recommendations confidently to senior executives **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA/MS preferred + 7+ years of experience in cost analytics, sourcing, or financial modeling + Proficiency with Tableau and Snowflake is required + Strong skills in SQL and familiarity with Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib), SaaS, or other BI platforms + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment + Strong communicator with a knack for distilling complex data into actionable insights + Detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about continuous improvement **Preferred Qualifications** + Background in supply chain management or service operations + Professional certifications or additional credentials in analytics or finance + Experience with costed BOM and knowledge of activity-based costing (ABC) is a plus **Pay & Benefits** At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $157,200 and $236,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
