**Position Profile: Strategic Senior Technology Specialist** The Strategic Senior Technology Specialist is responsible for executing the core equipment and basic services strategy within assigned Strategic and Enterprise accounts, in collaboration with the Client Executive. **Key Responsibilities** + Partner with the Client Executive to implement equipment and basic services strategies within assigned accounts. + Independently lead customer engagements and meetings, developing opportunities by leveraging subject matter experts and other resources to position, propose, and close deals. + Qualify opportunities efficiently and develop proposals that meet or exceed customer requirements. + Craft and position the Ricoh portfolio to align with customer needs. + Assess solution fit and affordability for the customer. + Lead pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations. + Propose, sell, and deliver profitable core equipment and basic services. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. + Build trust and influence with clients through effective collaboration. + Clearly articulate Ricoh’s industry position and value proposition. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. + 5–10 years of experience selling to Fortune 5000 companies. + Proven consultative selling skills. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** + Strong negotiation and sales skills. + Deep understanding of customer approval and internal processes. + Experience selling service annuities and managing change orders. + Demonstrated ability to build influence through collaboration. + Strong knowledge of core products and services. + Ability to independently develop and deliver compelling value propositions. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships. + Awareness of evolving market trends. + Technologically savvy, with knowledge of enterprise IT architectures. + High learning agility. **Working Conditions and Physical Demands** + Primarily office-based with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels. + Work involves interpreting and applying complex information and communicating it effectively. + Minimal physical effort required; mostly sedentary with occasional walking, standing, bending, and light lifting (typically under 10 lbs). + Moderate dexterity required for tasks such as typing and handling documents.
