The trucking industry is going through a dynamic phase driven by rapid advancements in areas such as automation, connectivity, user experience, and the increasing demand for sustainable solutions.
We’re hiring a Strategic Senior Product Planner to turn strategic intent into executable product roadmaps. You’ll drive long‑range vehicle portfolio planning, run our product strategy governance to keep priorities on track, and act as the primary bridge between Product Planning and Regulatory Affairs so our plans are both competitive and compliant.
ResponsibilitiesVehicle Portfolio Planning:
Build and maintain multi year product roadmaps across vehicle lines.Lead portfolio trade off discussions. Drive portfolio scenario planning to optimize mix, timing, and capital allocation.Validate portfolio assumptions via a 360° cross-functional review.
Product Strategy Governance:
Orchestrate end to end topic flow through product strategy reviews and meetings, ensuring decision readiness.Prepare concise pre reads and executive summaries (objective, drivers, milestone/budget ask, options and recommendation).Facilitate cross functional alignment on trade offs; document decisions, actions, and owners; track follow through to closure.Maintain the product strategy governance calendar and back plan deliverables so proposals hit the right forums at the right time.
Regulatory Planning (Liaison with Regulatory Affairs):
Translate regulatory needs to portfolio and product plans.Align product plans with the regulatory calendar; highlight regulatory impacts to product plans early in the planning process.Prepare materials for decision meetings and Product Strategy governance forums that present regulatory impacts and recommended paths Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 12 years of marketing, sales or product-related experienceAt least 2 years of lead experienceOR
