The team
The Sales Operations Team, as a part of the Strategy & Revenue Operations organization, delivers expertise in aspects of quoting, pricing, order management and revenue recognition. We focus on cross-functional collaboration to support our Sales Organization and ensure the success of our business unit, customers and stakeholders.
The role - Fixed Term Contract - 3 months with ability to extend to 9 months
The Sales Operations Analyst provides pre-sales quote configuration support and manages the quote-to-cash process to ensure revenue recognition. Maintains a working knowledge of Pentaho solutions, pricing and configuration requirements. Collaborates closely with field sales and other internal teams (Legal, Finance, Pricing) to achieve responsiveness and accuracy meeting agreed SLA’s.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting or similar.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience directly related to pricing, commercial, deal desk, sales support, order management and/or financial analysis.
• Prior experience related to Finance, IT Systems, Accounting or software sales. Knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate and share information with peers and all levels of the organization.
• Intellectual curiosity and self-motivation, open minded and customer-centric approach to daily challenges and demonstrable ability and willingness to learn.
• Business proficiency in English (mandatory). Language skills must permit detailed business discussions.
