Overview Publicis Sapient (PS), a global leader in Digital Business Transformation (DBT), is seeking a sales specialist to join our growth team to sell digital business transformation solutions and drive new business from new clients. There are two key components of the role: 1) Use various channels available to you to source new opportunities, including your own network of connections 2) Execute a strategic sales approach where (often) you will be the lead PS representative and will form and direct teams to progress opportunities. Your individual results roll-up to the results of our Company growth, and in this role, you will harness the depth and breadth of PS’ portfolio. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for building new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our business. Responsibilities Your Impact: • Create, originate and pursue opportunities. Identify and target new business opportunities within the Swedish market. • Lead initial meetings with new contacts and connects to introduce PS to prospective clients, and develop these initial contacts into qualified opportunities. • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets in the Nordics. • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and outreach campaigns. • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor landscape. • Present and sell our products/services to potential clients with a strong value proposition. • Develop tailored sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to effectively address client needs. • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring high conversion rates. • Own quarterly and annual new bookings targets to ensure contractual arrangements meet defined commercials goals whilst reflecting opportunities in our CRM. • Develop seed opportunities into larger scope deals by cross selling the entire PS service portfolio through the early stages of the selling cycle to the proposal stage. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position yourself, Publicis Sapient and our partners as industry thought leaders. • Ensure that PS gets invited to competitive RFPs in areas of significant advantage for PS. Qualifications • Proven track record of success in new business development or sales, preferably in an IT Sales / B2B environment. • Experience in selling complex solutions or services (knowledge of IT technology solutions is a plus). • Strong understanding of the Swedish market and business culture. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Fluent in English (written and spoken). • Ability to apply a data-driven sales approach to include research and business intelligence. • Strong learning mindset and drive for continuous self-improvement. • Practical and proven expertise of developing and eventually breaking into a target set of prospective clients through various channels such as marketing, events, alliances, networking etc. • Proactive and tenacious approach to researching, identifying and pursuing new clients to drive revenue growth. • Proven examples of proactive shaping of opportunities that resulted in non-competitive awards of work. • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish is desirable. • Experience working within the retail or consumer products sectors is desirable, as well as connections within this industry that will facilitate access to clients and opportunities.
