We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategic Risk Consulting team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
The candidate will play a key role in supporting our continued growth and the long-term success of our business. Working closely with the Asia Crisis Management and Enterprise Risk Management Leaders, this role will allow you to gain experience in a wide range of our Strategic Risk Consulting disciplines and support our clients understand and mitigate their risk exposures.
We will count on you to:
Play a key role in project teams working on client facing projects; this will include supporting on Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management engagements.Collaborate with key client stakeholders to assess their risk and resilience requirements and develop tailored solutions.Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.Stay current on best practices in Enterprise Risk Management and Resilience and contribute to the development of new products and offerings.Support on the development of commercial activities including proposals and RFP responses.Support on business development activities by staying present on key trends in client industries and conducting research on potential risk exposures.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Economics, International Relations, etc.).At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a client facing role in professional services (insurance, consulting, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside-the-box.Self-starter with outgoing personality with comfort and ability to work in an environment where you will be given high degree of autonomy.Strong commercial acumen and confidence presenting to colleagues and clients.Willingness to travel as needed for client projects.Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.What makes you a stand-out?
