Qualifications 

3+ years increasing responsibility in experience/success management, internal communication and strategic planning. (Intermediate)  1-2 years of increasing responsibility in experience/success management, internal communication and strategic planning (Entry)  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.   Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.   Experience meeting and working against deadlines in an often-demanding environment  Experience in developing strategies, organizing and supporting large enterprise initiatives. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to support and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and achieving objectives.   Grasps and translates important business, market and management concepts into understandable messages and stories  Strong consulting and analytical skills with the ability to assess business goals and gaps using both qualitative and quantitative factors  Excellent presence and ability to build and sustain professional relationships at all levels of the organization and across multiple world-wide geographies  Strong written and verbal communication skills  Strong presentation skills   Proven business and financial acumen  Able to act as a trusted partner and business expert  Ability to effectively communicate and manage complex messages with a variety of audiences   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.   Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
