What you’ll do
As a Manager in the Strategic Projects Team at Fever, you will be a key driver of the company’s growth by leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and owning the full lifecycle of strategic proposals — from opportunity identification to post-launch success. You will manage a team of senior associates and analysts, act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners, and ensure the continuous improvement of Fever’s positioning in competitive bids.
This is a leadership role that requires outstanding strategic thinking, flawless communication, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, providing structured feedback, and fostering a culture of ownership and excellence. Strategic Oversight: Define and implement scalable strategies to improve proposal quality, team efficiency, and vertical growth performance. Opportunity & Category Strategy: Own opportunity qualification and vertical growth planning, ensuring alignment with Fever’s commercial objectives. Stakeholder Management: Act as the strategic liaison for senior internal and external stakeholders, driving alignment and accountability across teams. Execution & Quality Control: Ensure consistent quality and impact across all materials delivered by the team, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate complex initiatives across Product, Engineering, BD, and Legal to ensure flawless execution and delivery.Preferred Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus. Experience: 6+ years in strategic project management, business development, or a related field, ideally within the tech or entertainment industries. RFP Experience (Nice to Have): Prior experience managing RFPs, public tenders, or strategic bidding processes is a strong plus. Language Proficiency: Native-level English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in high-stakes, professional environments. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships with autonomy and accountability. Analytical Expertise: Track record of conducting market research and transforming data into clear, actionable strategies. Exceptional Communication: Ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations and documentation tailored to different audiences. Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies with measurable impact. Technical Proficiency (Not a Must): Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Looker), and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana). Problem-Solving: Strong bias for action with a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
