About this opportunity


We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Strategic Projects Lead to partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and the broader TA leadership team. 


In this high-impact role, you will drive operational effectiveness, support cross-functional coordination, and ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities and special initiatives across the TA org. You will work closely with internal partners to help execute strategy, track goals, and optimize team operations.


During the first year we expect you to


•    Establish team rhythms, build trust, and track key priorities.
•    Drive high-visibility initiatives and enhance cross-functional coordination.
•    Scale programs, optimize operations, and lead strategic planning efforts.

 

What you will do


•    Support the Head of TA with operational & program support, in managing organizational priorities, meetings, and internal deliverables.
•    Track OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and strategic goals, preparing insights and updates for leadership.
•    Coordinate operational cadences: staff meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), headcount reviews, project checkpoints, and more.
•    Drive progress on initiatives like Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - DEI, process improvements, and tool adoption. 
•    Act as a cross-functional connector, and led TA initiatives, improve hiring metrics, headcount planning, build scalable operational and communication systems,
     and ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.

 

The skills you bring

 

    •  4–7 years in TA management, operations, project management.
    • Lead/ contributed significantly to high-impact, large-scale programs (preferably global or cross-functional).
    • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex environments
    • A self-starter attitude with strong internal motivation, resilience , and a bias for action.
    • Recruiting or TA experience is a must—you know the space inside and out.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communicator—both written and verbal—with a proactive mindset.
    • Proactive, self-starting attitude with ability to manage up and laterally.
    • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
