The Strategic Projects & Insights Manager will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to support the growth and performance of CRC Specialty platform. This role is responsible for developing actionable insights, building executive-level presentations, and advancing business-critical projects across the organization. They will work closely with senior leadership to analyze data, model producer and team performance, and support decision-making related to compensation, hiring, succession, and operational strategy. This position plays a key role in enabling smarter, faster decisions across CRC’s specialty business.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Translate complex business problems into structured analysis
+ Develop dashboards, visuals, and executive presentations in support of strategic planning
+ Model and evaluate producer performance, team support structures, hiring ROI
+ Partner closely with the team to interpret and apply production, hiring, financial, and operational data
+ Drive strategic project work tied to business growth, broker optimization, trading performance, and organizational design
+ Serve as a go-to resource for high-urgency, ad hoc requests from senior leadership
+ Identify and communicate performance insights across CRC
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
+ 4+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, operations, consulting, or similar fields
+ Proven expertise in Power BI, including:
+ Data modeling (DAX)
+ Dashboard development
+ Integration of diverse data sources
+ Familiarity with the insurance brokerage, E&S, or wholesale distribution space (preferred)
**CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**
+ N/A
**FUNCTIONAL SKILLS**
+ Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills
+ Proficient in Excel-based modeling and scenario planning
+ Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
+ Exceptional critical thinking, with the ability to move from ambiguity to clarity
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficient in and able to support executive leadership with business cases or performance dashboards
+ Ability to work with sales or producer performance data
+ Prior exposure to compensation analysis or organizational planning
**General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of CRC Group:** All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of CRC Group offering the position.
