Strategic Projects Analyst

What you’ll do 

Joining Fever as a Strategic Projects Analyst, you'll immerse yourself in the vibrant intersection of technology and live events. You will lead the development and execution of strategic plans with Business Development, aligning them with Fever's strategic goals and client requirements.

Your role involves analyzing market trends to support our business development strategies and collaborating closely with internal teams across marketing, finance, product, engineering, and operations to gather the necessary insights for project execution.

Key responsibilities

Project Management: Lead the creation and management of detailed project plans for strategic projects, ensuring they align with Fever’s strategic goals and compliance standards. Data Analysis: Collaborate with the Market Research team to conduct market analysis that informs and enhances business development strategies, identifying new opportunities and potential areas for growth. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work across multiple departments—Strategy, Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Business Development—to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with company objectives. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress and effective resolution of issues. Document Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of essential project documentation, maintaining high standards of quality and persuasiveness to support strategic decisions. Communication: Maintain regular contact with stakeholders to ensure support for business initiatives and foster strong collaborative relationships. Market Strategy Development: Tailor strategies to fit specific market needs, ensuring robust engagement and compliance with local market dynamics. Large-Scale Project Oversight: Lead the company’s most significant projects, managing complex stakeholder ecosystems, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget.

Preferred Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum one year in project management, audit or consulting, ideally within the technology, entertainment, or events sectors. Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organization and efficiency in managing multiple projects and deadlines. Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities with a proven track record in building positive relationships. Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solver, focused on identifying issues and swiftly implementing effective solutions. Learning and Adaptability: Eager to learn and adapt quickly, with a keen interest in developing new skills relevant to the dynamic environment of Fever. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software, with an aptitude for learning new systems.
