**Summary:**
Meta's Small Business Group (SBG) is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations in Latin America. This role will focus on leveraging analytics and insights to drive data-driven decision-making, coaching vendors, and promoting the adoption of sales tools.
**Required Skills:**
Strategic Program Manager, Sales Enablement Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the sales team to enhance productivity and drive growth
2. Vendor Coaching: Develop and implement coaching programs for vendor partners to ensure alignment with sales strategies and objectives. Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
3. Tools Adoption: Lead the adoption and integration of sales tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Train sales teams on new tools and ensure effective utilization
4. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success of sales initiatives. Regularly report on performance and suggest improvements
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to align strategies and drive cohesive efforts towards achieving business goals
6. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans to enhance sales productivity and support the growth of small businesses in the region
**Minimum Qualifications:**

7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
8. 8+ years of experience in sales, sales ops, ops planning, strategic planning
9. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
10. Communication and presentation skills, with the experience to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences
11. Proven track record of driving productivity improvement through data-driven strategies
12. Fluency in English

13. Experience background in Management Consulting and/or Managing Sales teams is a plus
14. Experience working with vendor partners and managing external relationships
15. Familiarity with Meta's advertising products and business solutions
