Strategic Product Partnerships Manager – Mobile Ecosystem (Android)
**Duration: 9 months contract** Hybrid **Job Description:** + This role sits within the Client’s Mobile Ecosystem Partnerships team, working with top-tier mobile app developers to help them succeed on Android Platform/Play Store. + The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with execution, be highly curious about the Android mobile apps space, and excel at building relationships with senior stakeholders. + The position is more business-oriented than deeply technical but requires the ability to understand Android mobile product capabilities and partner performance data to drive business outcomes. **Responsibilities:** + Manage a portfolio of high-impact, top-tier Android based mobile apps. + Engage in consultative discussions with partners to identify opportunities for growth on the Android Platforms or Play Store, balancing strategic recommendations with actionable next steps. + Take new and existing product features to market — present value propositions, influence adoption, and follow up on implementation progress. + Analyze partner performance data against peer benchmarks (e.g., acquisition, retention, conversion rates) to provide actionable insights. + Driving Developer ROI by delivering and driving execution around strategic insights and product opportunities. + Synthesizing and sharing Developer feedback to inform product roadmap. + Take product features to market and influence partners to adopt them. + Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships with partner organizations (e.g., CPOs, senior product leaders). + Recommend strategic actions such as pricing changes, localized offers, or custom store listings to improve outcomes. + Stay informed about emerging trends (including GenAI) and explore innovative ways to improve efficiency and partner success. **Experience Required:** + Practical experience in business development, product management, or program management within technology, apps, or platform companies. + Demonstrated knowledge and curiosity about the mobile apps space (Android or iOS; Android familiarity preferred), shown through professional or personal engagement. + Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, and ability to work cross-functionally at all levels. + Proven problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable partner strategies. + Experience managing agreements or partnerships, balancing both strategic and executional responsibilities. + Familiarity with subscription pricing and monetization models for digital products. + Basic technical acumen to understand mobile app capabilities (no coding required). + Comfort with data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards) to track and evaluate partner performance. + Ability to parse data, extract insights, and craft compelling data-driven narratives. + Awareness of and ability to apply GenAI tools creatively for productivity improvements (while adhering to confidentiality guidelines). + Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed corporate environment without becoming reactive or overwhelmed. **Desired Requirements:** + Experience working with mobile app developers, startups, or technology platforms. + Familiarity with subscription pricing models and monetization strategies. + Basic technical acumen and curiosity (not coding) to discuss app features and capabilities. + Awareness of and comfort with using GenAI tools for productivity (while following confidentiality guidelines). + Ability to manage both strategic and executional elements of partner relationships. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
